基于综合灵敏度分析的快速控制算法研究

摘要:
提出控制节点对输电断面潮流调整的综合灵敏度概念,并根据综合灵敏度的大小确定控制节点操作序列;采用反向等量配对调整方法,尽可能地避免系统平衡机参与调整;并且提出了一系列的启发式规则,从控制节点和相应控制量的确定上保证了在控制过程中正常支路不会过载,且断面内支路的过载程度尽可能快速地得到缓解,因而不需要计算精确潮流就能快速地给出控制策略,保证了算法消除过载的快速有效性.针对某省电网系统进行大量仿真计算,结果表明所提出的调控算法是快速高效的.
