根据河北石家庄地区的电网结构,提出了完善保护配置和备用电源自投系统方案的2种运行工作方式:2个220 kV变电所之间有直供的110 kV线路;2个220 kV变电所通过1个110 kV变电所联络.探讨了新型备用电源自投系统故障隔离方案、供电恢复方案,以及针对不同系统运行方式改变时备用电源自投系统的应对策略.基于以上思路,研究了一种新型微机备用电源自投系统,介绍了系统的作用、设计原则和工作方式,然后从软、硬件两方面阐述了其原理和实现方法.实验和运行证明,该新型微机备用电源自投系统已成功地在石家庄地区全部26个220 kV变电所间建立相互支撑性的110 kV电气联系,提高了供电可靠性. |
