| 提出一种新型电子式电压互感器,主要由电压-电流变换元件和弱电流检测处理装置组成.电压-电流变换元件接于被测母线与大地之间,完成母线电压到毫安级别弱电流的转换.弱电流检测处理装置安装于电压-电流变换元件的接地侧,实现接地线中毫安级别弱电流的隔离测量,完成电流到电压的换算及测量误差的软件补偿,为测量仪表和继电保护装置提供数字信号与模拟信号输出.研究表明:该电子式电压互感器不仅技术上可行,而且易于实用化,能够用于电网电压的精确测量. |
