| 为降低火电厂中各种泵的能量消耗,利用变频器对凝结水泵系统进行改造,把原来的利用挡板或阀门进行调节改造成利用给水流量信号、凝结水流量信号等其他信号控制变频器的输出电压和频率,进而调节凝结水泵电机的转速.试运行结果表明:在汽轮机组负荷相同的条件下,凝结水泵电机变频运行的实时功率大大低于工频运行的实时功率,以凝结水泵年运行6 000 h计算,年节电191.52×10<'4>kW·h,且随着汽轮机组负荷率的降低节能效果越来越明显.利用变频器对凝结水泵电机转速进行调节响应速度快,能够及时跟踪工况的变化,同时彻底消除了节流损失,从而降低了能耗. |
