| 介绍了福建电网继电保护与远动系统集成的设计思路及实施方案,在投入较少的情况下有效地实现了多厂商互操作和信息资源共享.该方案基于现有变电站的通信资源并利用已有的远动网络通道和变电站内远动机.通过对远动规约和保护信息传输规约的研究分析,对IEC60870-5-104标准的应用层进行了扩展.在其中封装IEC60870-5-103的通用分类服务报文,有效地设计了适于保护信息在远动通道传输的规约,实现了远方对继电保护装置定值、压板等信息不停电状态下的整定和管理. |
