基于工频量的双端故障测距软件的实用化改进

摘要:
基于工频量的双端测距常因输入数据格式偏差、故障后实际波形的瞬态畸变及算法本身的鲁棒性问题.造成在工程实用中测距失败或误差过大.针对工频量双端测距误差的来源和实际故障录波数据的特征,研究了在录渡数据预处理、线路模型和降低测距算法误差等方面进行实用化改进的措施和流程.总结了COMMTRADE格式的配置文件和数据文件在采样点序号、相别标识以及数字量占位数等方面的差异.提出了通过录波数据中故障起始时刻和终止时刻判别进行计算数据窗自适应截取的算法流程,降低故障后瞬态畸变对工频电压、电流计算的影响.并阐述了利用故障前的电气约束进行双端录波数据同步的处理流程.在测距算法中引入线路集中参数修正模型和测距模糊区处理方法,有效提高了双端故障测距精度.通过广东电网一次典型的实际故障测距结果验证了措施的实用性和有效性.
