摘要:
对数据挖掘技术的基本概念进行介绍?在基于数据挖掘技术的保护设备故障信息管理与分析系统的研制过程中,总结了七大设计原则,包括前瞻性设计?分步实施?信息处理智能化等?采用多层多模块的设计思想将系统结构分为3个层次,分别为应用表现层?业务处理层?数据层?分析了系统的功能模块并进一步叙述了该系统的基本功能与高级功能以满足电网安全运行要求?最后简要介绍了该系统在实际电网中的应用情况?

Abstract:
The basic concept of data mining is introduced. Seven design principles are adopted in the development of fault information management and analysis system based on data mining technology for relay protection devices:prospective design,staged implementation,intelligent information processing,etc. The multi-level module design divides the system structure into three layers:application performance, business processing and data. The functional modules of system are analyzed,and the basic and advanced functions meeting the requirements of grid for safe operation are described. Its applications in actual power grids are briefly introduced.
