调度中心大规模风电场实时在线监控系统

摘要:
论述了电网调度中心实现大规模风电场实时在线监控的解决方案,介绍了大规模风电场实时在线监控系统的结构和功能。通过OPC接口,风电场综合通信管理终端与风电场本地监控系统通信,完成风电数据采集任务;通过电力调度数据网络或专线通道将数据上传到调度中心风电场监控主站系统。主站系统可以根据调度指令向各受控风电场下发功率控制和电压控制设定值,通过风电场综合通信管理终端在线控制风电场有功功率和升压站母线电压,从而实现大规模风电场的自动发电控制(AGC)和自动电压控制(AVC)。系统已在内蒙古西部电网调度中心投入运行。

Abstract:
The solutions of real-time online monitoring and control in power network dispatch center for large-scale wind farms are discussed and the structure and functions of the real-time online monitoring and control system are introduced. The integrated communication management terminal installed in wind farm communicates with the local monitoring and control systems via OPC interface to acquire wind farm data and then sends the data through power dispatch data network or green channel to the monitoring and control master system in dispatch center. According to the dispatch instructions,the master system sends the settings of power control and voltage control to the integrated communication management terminal of controlled wind farms to online control the active power of wind farm and bus voltage of step-up substation for the AGC(Automatic Generation Control) and AVC(Automatic Voltage Control) of large-scale wind farms. The introduced system has been operated in the dispatch center of the west Inner Mongolia power grid.
