抽水蓄能同步电机低功率保护判据和整定方案

摘要:
分析了处于抽水状态下的抽水蓄能同步电机的功率容易受外部故障干扰而发生振荡的原因,探讨了常规单定值型低功率保护误动作而切除同步电机的机理。建立了抽水蓄能同步电机运行系统模型,通过数字仿真研究了外部不同故障下电机功率从振荡到失步不同阶段的变化特征。提出了一种新型低功率保护,该保护根据电机功率振荡变化特征将低功率定值分为3段,同时根据电机状态的不同将动作延时分为瞬时、小延时和大延时,从而使低功率保护的功率定值和延时定值相匹配,能适应电机功率振荡不同阶段的特点。试验结果表明其较好地解决了常规低功率保护的误动问题,提高了保护可靠性。

Abstract:
When pump storage machine runs in pump condition,the external fault may easily cause its active power oscillation,the reason of which is analyzed. The misoperation of its low-power protection with single setting may trip it,the mechanism of which is discussed. Its operational model is established and the variation from swing stage to synchronization-loss stage is simulated for different extent faults. A low power protection is proposed for it,which has three power settings and time delays to respectively fit different stages of power oscillation. Test results show that the proposed low power protection avoid the misoperation during power swing,with better reliability.
