基于DSP和FPGA的SVPWM算法及其在变频调速中的应用

摘要:
提出一种采用尽可能多条边的多边形对磁场圆细分的空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)算法。将磁场圆细分为48个区间,采用Matlab离线计算得到该48边形各条边上各基本电压矢量的作用时间表格,并将该表格存储于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)内;DSP将采用恒压频比算法计算出的SVPWM信号的频率和幅值发送给FPGA;根据这些数据,通过简单的查表运算和死区控制后,产生SVPWM信号驱动逆变器。该方法被应用于一台700 W交流电机的变频调速实验中。实验表明,该SVPWM算法不仅易于数字化实现,便于实时控制,而且直流电压利用率高,控制性能好。

Abstract:
A SVPWM(Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation) algorithm is proposed,which subdivides the flux circle into polygons as more as possible. The flux circle is subdivided into 48 sections and the effective time of basic space voltage vector is calculated with Matlab for every side of 48-gon,which is stored in FPGA as table. The frequency and amplitude of SVPWM signals calculated by DSP with the constant voltage-frequency proportion algorithm are sent to FPGA. By simple table-referring and dead-time control based on these data,SVPWM signals are generated to drive the inverter. The method is applied in the variable-frequency speed regulation experiment of a 700 W AC motor and experimental results show that,its digital implementation and real-time control are easy,with higher DC voltage utilization and good control performance.
