高压线塔钢架应力无线远程监测系统

摘要:
针对高压线塔工作状态远程监测的难题,阐述了高压线塔钢架应力监测系统的设计与实现。着重对XBee-Pro与单片机组成的功能模块和编程方法进行了介绍,并对无线数据传输及无线网络的构建进行了讨论。由3个高压线塔的数据采集与传输体系形成了无线网络的主从结构。高压线塔每根钢架的应力状态参数由单片机提取并转化成数字信号,采用XBee-Pro 构建无线网络的形式将数据传输到主机模块,再利用GPRS通过网络进行无线远程传输,实现了对高压线塔工作状态的远程实时监测。该系统成功地解决了高压线塔钢架应力的远程监测和无线数据传输网络数据丢包的问题。

Abstract:
The design and implementation of wireless remote monitoring system of high-voltage tower steel stress is introduced. The functional module composed of XBee-Pro and SCM is emphasized with its programming method. The wireless data transmission and the wireless network construction are discussed. A master-slave wireless network structure is formed for the data collection and transmission of three high -voltage tower. The stress state parameters of each steel frame are extracted and converted into digital signals by SCM and the data are then transmitted to the master module via XBee-Pro wireless network. The master module transmits the received data wirelessly and remotely via GPRS. The packet loss problem is successfully resolved in the wireless remote monitoring system.
