含微网的新型配电系统可靠性评估综述

摘要:
简要介绍了分布式发电及微网的特点,总结了国内外微网技术的研究现状。指出微网的接入改变了配电网辐射状的结构,使得配网潮流双向流动,微网的孤岛运行以及微网内分布式电源输出功率的不确定性都将给配电系统的可靠性评估带来新的问题。对分布式电源建模较多地考虑自身特性而未能从微网角度考虑计及与配电系统的相互影响、孤岛划分策略以及负荷建模的研究无法适用于微网的特性和运行机理等现有研究工作的局限性进行了概括。在此基础上,提出微网以及含微网的新型配电系统可靠性评估中亟需研究的几个问题:含微网新型配电系统的可靠性评价指标体系;微网的运行方式、运行特性及与配电系统相互影响的机理;分布式发电和储能装置运行特性的可靠性建模;多电源配电系统可靠性评估的模型和精确高效算法。

Review on reliability evaluation of new distribution system with micro-grid

Abstract:
Abstract:The features of distributed generation and micro-grid are described and the new research progress of micro-grid is summarized. The integration of micro-grid changes the radial topology of distribution system and causes the bidirectional power flow. The island operation of micro-grid and the uncertainty of distributed generation output power within micro-grid bring new problems to the reliability assessment of distribution system. Limitations of current researches are summarized,such as the distribution generation modeling without the interactions between micro-grid and distribution system,the islanding strategy and the load modeling,which impede the application to micro-grid. Some research topics are proposed for the reliability assessment of micro-grid and distribution system with micro-grid:reliability assessment index system of the new distribution system with micro-grid;micro-grid operation modes and operating characteristics and their influences on distribution system;reliability modeling for distributed generation and micro-grid considering their operating characteristics;reliability assessment model of distribution system with multiple power sources and its accurate and efficient algorithm.
