宽幅压输入、恒压输出的ZVZCT-PWM SEPIC 变换器分析设计

摘要:
分析ZVZCT-PWM SEPIC拓扑结构的工作原理,一个开关周期内得到14种工作模态。在宽幅压输入、恒压输出,以及SEPIC变换器工作于电流连续模式(CCM)的条件下,对其各元件参数进行了优化选取,并计算出辅助开关管在主开关管占空比变化后相应的具体导通、关断时间。Matlab软件仿真结果表明,该变换器在上述条件下能够较好地实现软开关功能,即其主开关管能够实现零电压零电流开关,辅助开关管能够实现零电流开通、零电压零电流关断,续流二极管能够实现零电压零电流关断、零电压开通,并且其功率开关管的损耗有效降低,变换器效率提高,电磁干扰减小。

Analysis and design of ZVZCT-PWM SEPIC converter with wide input voltage and constant output voltage

Abstract:
The working principle of ZVZCT-PWM SEPIC topology is analyzed and fourteen operating modes within one switching cycle are obtained. For wide input voltage,constant output voltage and continuous conduction mode,the parameters of each element are optimally set and the switching time of auxiliary switch after the duty cycle of main switch changes is calculated. Results of simulation with Matlab show that,the converter realizes soft switching well,i.e. the zero-voltage zero-current switching of main switch,the zero-current turn-on and zero-voltage zero-current turn-off of auxiliary switch,and the zero-voltage zero -current turn-off and zero-voltage turn-on of freewheeling diode. The power loss of switches is reduced,the efficiency of converter is increased and the electromagnetic noise is monished.
