小容量系统功率因数校正技术

摘要:
为了提高电力电子装置的功率因数,选用一种功率因数校正方案,在电路拓扑方面采用无桥双Boost功率因数校正(2nd DBPFC)电路,降低电路损耗,可提高装置的效率;在控制策略方面采用单周期控制技术,不需要乘法器及输入线电压采样和电压前馈,只需开关管电流峰值信号就能完成对输入电流的控制,控制电路的设计简单。对单周期控制无桥2nd DBPFC电路拓扑的可行性和阻抗性进行了分析,阐述了此方案在频率变化情况下进行功率因数校正的原理及优越性,并通过Saber软件仿真和样机试验验证理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:
A PFC(Power Factor Correction) scheme is employed to improve the power factor of power electronic equipment,which applies the double boost bridgeless PFC(2nd DBPFC) circuit to reduce circuit loss and improve equipment efficiency. The one cycle control technique is adopted,which only senses the switch peak current to control the input current. The multiplier,input line voltage sampling and voltage feedforward are not needed,which makes the control circuit design very simple. Its feasibility and impedance characteristics are analyzed and its principle and superiority under variable-frequency condition are elaborated. The correctness of theoretical analysis is verified by simulation with Saber and prototype experiment.
