变电站故障分析系统开发

摘要:
设计了一套基于故障录波与保护信息融合的变电站实时和离线故障分析系统,开发了相应的软件。在COMTRADE规约的基础上解决了故障录波信息和保护信息格式转换的问题,利用模拟低通滤波和数字滤波技术、傅里叶变换和小波变换等筛选压缩方法对录波信息进行预处理,实现了故障录波与保护信息的融合。综合2种不同的录波数据进行故障计算,最后利用录波信息对保护装置和断路器的动作行为进行评判。某变电站内一次典型的线路故障验证了该系统的实用性和有效性。

Abstract:
A real-time and off-line substation fault analysis system is proposed based on the integration of fault records and protection information,and the corresponding software is developed. The format conversion between fault records and protection information is based on COMTRADE protocol. The technologies of analog low-pass filter and digital filter and the screening and compression methods of FFT and wavelet transformation are applied to preprocess the fault records for the integration of fault records and protection information. Two types of fault records are synthesized for fault calculation,which are then used to evaluate the behavior of protection devices and breakers. The practicability and validity are verified by its analytic results for a typical transmission line fault of a substation.
