摘要: |
结合220 kV 智能变电站对站内设备进行在线监测的需求,提出建立基于IEC61850 标准的全站统一平台在线监测系统的技术方案,对各在线监测装置前端数据采集输出进行规范,即将前端数据统一为4~20 mA标准电信号或经就地监测单元处理为可接入集成智能组件的信号。建立了由智能单元和监测单元组成集成智能组件的智能设备模型,并在集成智能组件将在线监测信息与测控信息分开上传。设计了基于 IEC61850 通信标准并统一后台的全站在线监测系统网络框架。 |

Abstract: |
According to the requirements of smart substation for online monitoring,a technical scheme of online monitoring system on unified analysis platform based on IEC61850 is proposed,which standardizes the output of different data acquisition frontends. The input data of frontends are the unified as 4 ~ 20 mA standard signals or the acceptable signals of integrated smart components. The smart device model based on integrated smart component or composed of smart unit and online monitoring unit is established,which uploads the motoring information and control information separately. The frame of integrated online monitoring system based on IEC61850 standard for smart substation is designed. |
