电压稳定约束下最优潮流的多目标优化与决策

摘要:
电压稳定约束下的最优潮流(VSCOPF)是兼顾经济性和稳定性的多目标优化问题。VSCOPF模型将降低考虑机组阀点效应的发电费用和提高系统静态电压稳定裕度同时作为目标函数,并计及了预想事故下的安全约束。提出一种包含多目标优化和多属性决策的两阶段解法。在第1阶段,采用自适应多目标差分进化来搜索VSCOPF的Pareto前沿,为目标函数之间的权衡提供依据;在第2阶段,综合应用模糊C均值算法和数据包络分析法来挖掘Pareto最优集蕴含的信息,辅助运行人员完成决策。在IEEE 30节点系统上验证了解法的有效性。

Abstract:
The VSCOPF(Voltage Stability Constrained Optimal Power Flow) is a multi-objective optimization problem,which minimizes the fuel cost with the consideration of generating unit valve-point effect and maximizes the static voltage stability margin simultaneously. Security constraints under contingency are considered. A two-stage solution is proposed. In the first stage,the self-adaptive differential evolution for multi-objective optimization is applied to obtain the Pareto front. In the second stage,the fuzzy C-means algorithm and data envelopment analysis are employed to select the representative solutions. The effectiveness of the proposed solution is verified on IEEE 30-bus system.
