基于双DSP的断路器机械特性检测装置

摘要:
设计了基于双DSP的高精度断路器机械特性测试装置,可在高压、特高压变电站使用。在硬件上采用双DSP结构,对端口和电路板进行抗干扰处理;在软件上对准确设置时间和速度性能指标等方面进行了改进。在装置中增加了石墨断口断路器机械特性测试功能。从在500 kV变电站长期的测试表明,该装置能够稳定地进行断路器机械特性的测试工作,测试的结果在精度上好于国内同类型仪器。

Abstract:
A mechanical characteristic test device is designed for circuit breaker,which has high accuracy and is suitable for high-voltage substations. It adopts dual-DSP structure and takes anti-interference measures for ports and circuit board in hardware,and applies accurate time setting and speed performance index in software. The test functions for graphite breaker are added in. The longtime application in 500 kV substation verifies its stable test performance.
