基于 RS - 485总线的水轮机温度监测系统

摘要:
利用TCD-48数字温度巡检仪、RS-485总线和PC机监控分析软件,构成了一个水轮机温度在线监测系统。TCD-48数字温度巡检仪能实现48路温度采集,直接读取各个测点温度值,并通过 RS-485总线上送PC工控主机,进行数据显示、保存和后期分析。该系统针对实时传送的数据,加以数据拟合分析,实现了对水轮机本体各个组件的温度在线监测。通过实时监控,运行监控人员可以很快发现温度异常,并定位故障源。该系统适用于中小型水电站的水轮机温度监测。

Abstract:
An on-line hydroturbine temperature monitoring system is introduced,which is composed of a TCD-48 digital temperature inspection instrument,RS-485 bus and PC monitoring software. The TCD-48 digital temperature inspection instrument directly acquires the temperatures via 48 channels and sends the data to the industrial PC via RS-485 bus for data display,storage and analysis. The monitoring system carries out the fitting analysis based on the acquired data to realize the online temperature monitoring of hydroturbine components. The operator can find the temperature abnormality in real time and locate the fault quickly. The system is suitable for mid- and small-size hydropower stations.
