新型微功率无线抄表系统

摘要:
针对目前智能电网规划的提出和对智能电表的大量需求,设计了一种基于Si4432无线芯片和RS-485通信标准的无线抄表系统。以Si4432无线通信芯片作为无线收发器,设计了无线通信模块,采用无线Mesh网络,选取分级路由协议并加以改进,提出一种基于分级路由的自上而下的组网协议,在改进协议中以集中器作为中心节点,主动上送组网信息,维护模式分为异常处理和正常流程2种模式,并编写了相应的软件,实现了自动抄表的无线收发任务。并通过通用分组无线业务(GPRS) 技术传送数据至主站,完成抄表任务。该系统具有成本低、组网快、稳定性高、可扩展性好的特点。现场应用结果表明新的抄表系统的设计是成功有效的。

Abstract:
A wireless meter reading system based on Si4432 wireless chip and RS-485 wireless communication standard is designed. The wireless communication module is designed with Si4432 as the wireless transceiver. Wireless Mesh network is adopted and the bottom-up rating routing protocol is chosen,which takes the concentrator as the central node to send the messages of ad hoc network. The maintenance mode contains two routines:abnormity processing and normal procedure. The corresponding software is programmed to realize the wireless transmission and receiving for automatic meter reading. GPRS technique is applied to send data to master station. The system has low cost,high networking speed,high stability and good extensibility. Site application shows the system design is successful and effective.
