光伏发电系统SPWM逆变电源谐波的抑制技术

摘要:
对光伏发电系统的SPWM逆变电源产生谐波的原因进行了分析,设计了一种新型无源三相三角形-带通滤波器,该滤波器将LCL串联装置并联在主电路中,通过仿真数据选取最佳的LCL参数,并与阻波器串联以共同抑制光伏系统产生的谐波。理论分析、仿真和实验研究结果表明,该三相三角形-带通滤波器能有效抑制光伏发电系统中的3 ~ 19次等谐波,谐波总含量从31.5 % 减小到3.1 %。

Abstract:
The causes of SPWM inverter harmonics are analyzed and a three-phase delta-band-pass filter is designed,which connects the LCL series device with the main circuit in parallel. The optimal LCL parameters are selected according to the simulative data. In series with the line trap,the harmonics produced by PV system are suppressed. Theoretic analysis,simulation and experiment show that,the designed three-phase delta-band -pass filter restrains the 3rd~19th harmonics and the total harmonic content is reduced from 31.5 % to 3.1 %.
