新型并联谐振直流环节逆变器控制策略

摘要:
为了解决传统的硬开关逆变器存在的高du/dt、高d i/dt、高开关损耗以及电磁干扰(EMI)问题,提出了一种新型并联谐振直流环节逆变器(PRDCLI)拓扑及其控制策略。该电路的主要优点是结构简单,所有功率器件均工作在零电压或零电流模式,可以实现与各种PWM策略的匹配控制。阐述了其结构组成和工作原理,重点讨论了逆变器和谐振网络的控制策略,提出了一种能有效降低逆变器电磁干扰的空间矢量优化控制策略,采用硬件方式实现了谐振辅助开关的匹配控制。设计了以TMS320LF2407A为控制核心的实验系统,并给出了谐振网络的关键参数设计,实验结果验证了电路结构和控制策略是正确、可行的。

Abstract:
Aiming at the high du/dt, d i/dt,switching loss and EMI of traditional hard switching inverter,the PRDCLI(Parallel Resonant DC Link Inverter) topology is proposed with its control strategy. Its circuit is simple and all switches operate in zero-voltage-switching or zero-current-switching mode,matching the control with any PWM strategy. Its structure and working principle are introduced and the control strategy of inverter and resonant network is discussed. An optimal SVPWM is proposed to reduce the EMI of inverter and the matching control of auxiliary switches is implemented with hardware. An experimental system with TMS320LF2407A as its core is designed and the key parameters of resonant network are given. Experimental results show the correctness and feasibility of the introduced circuit and control strategy.
