华中电网协调电压控制模式研究

摘要:
提出了适用于华中电网的自动电压控制方案,华中网调和所辖下级省、市调按照各自的调度权限进行优化电压控制,并通过边界上选取的协调变量进行协调。同时,华中网调能向国调三峡机组提出调压方向期望,国调在考虑网调调压期望条件下进行优化控制并给出三峡机组的电压协调约束区间,网调再在此窄的区间内进行优化控制。采用快速的无功补偿设备平抑特高压电网的电压波动,并根据运行方式的改变实时下发特高压近区电网电压运行限值。基于该设计的自动电压控制系统即将在华中电网得到实际应用。

Abstract:
An AVC(Automatic Voltage Control) scheme is proposed for CCPG(Central China Power Grid),which allows CCPG and its subordinate provincial and municipal grids to perform individual optimal voltage control according to their own dispatch privilege while coordinates them by the coordinating variables selected at boundaries. CCPG may propose its expectation of voltage regulation direction to State Grid. Considering the expectation of CCPG,State Grid carries out its optimal voltage control and decides the coordinative voltage range of Three Gorge power plant,according to which CCPG performs its optimal voltage control. Fast var compensators are adopted to restrain the voltage fluctuation of the UHV grid and the operating voltage limits are issued in real time to the neighboring grids of UHV grid according to actual operating status. The CCPG AVC system based on the proposed scheme is under construction now.
