新型近似无死区PWM逆变器开关控制方法及其特性分析

摘要:
针对逆变器的死区补偿问题,研究了一种无电流传感器近似无死区逆变器开关控制方法。与传统逆变器死区补偿方法相比,该方法只需在逆变器输出电流正负跳变时加入固定的死区脉冲,大幅减少了死区脉冲个数,从而减小死区的影响。为了减小系统成本,采用简单的模拟电路来判别逆变器输出电流正负跳变时刻。深入分析了死区补偿方法的基波和低次谐波特性,指出减小死区时间可削弱死区及低次谐波对逆变器输出电压的影响。仿真及实验结果表明该死区处理方法可适用于单次频率域和谐波域。

Abstract:
A PWM converter switching control nearly without dead-time is proposed,which inserts fixed dead-time pulses only when the output current of PWM converter jumps between positive and negative directions. Compared with the traditional dead-time compensation,its dead-time pulses are greatly reduced,which weakens the influence of dead-time. A simple analogue circuit is designed to detect the abrupt change of current direction for cost saving. The characteristics of fundamental and low-order harmonics are analyzed,which shows that the influences of dead-time and low-order harmonics on the output voltage of PWM converter are depressed by reducing the dead-time. Simulative and experimental results indicate that the proposed control method is suitable for single or multiple frequency domains.
