基于动态负荷特性指标化的集中式低压减载方案

摘要:
针对考虑负荷模型的最优减载问题,在戴维南等值电路的基础上指出传统依据静态负荷指标考虑低压减载问题可能导致分析不准确的原因。推导了基于本地量测信息的动态电压稳定裕度指标,该指标考虑节点负荷特性,能够通过本地量测量信息实时得出,不用进行复杂的节点戴维南等值,在电压变化的关键区域能够近似线性地反映出该点的负荷裕度,从而降低优化问题的维数。依据该指标建立了集中式最优减载的数学模型,将多种群分层粒子群算法与该模型结合推导出求解流程。IEEE 39节点系统上的仿真结果表明所提方法在解决考虑动态负荷模型的低压减载问题上表现出了良好的适应性。

Abstract:
As the traditional under-voltage load shedding based on static load index may cause the inaccurate analysis,a dynamic voltage stability margin index based on local real-time measurements is derived,which considers the characteristics of node load and reflects,in an approximately linear way without Thevenin equivalence,the load margin of voltage-varying area to greatly reduce the dimension of optimization calculation. The mathematical model of centralized optimal load shedding is built based on that index and HSPPSO is introduced to solve the problem. The simulative results for IEEE 39-bus system show its better adaptability.
