“N-1”预想事故下满足静态电压稳定约束的快速ATC算法

摘要:
提出了一种“N-1”预想事故下满足静态电压稳定约束的快速可用输电能力(ATC)算法。算法在连续潮流法的基础上,以系统基态“N-1”事故下的运行点和应用灵敏度方法获取的预测点为拟合点,并引入曲线拟合技术来寻找“N-1”预想事故下的近似的“鼻点”,从而确定系统的可用输电能力。以IEEE 30节点测试系统为算例,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性,同时与基于连续潮流方法所计算的准确值进行比较,结果表明计算误差较小,同时具有更快的计算速度。

Abstract:
A fast ATC(Available Transfer Capability) algorithm with steady-state voltage stability constraint for N-1 contingency is presented,which,based on the continuation power flow method and the curve fitting technique,takes the operating point of N-1 system contingency and the predicted point by sensitivity technique as the curve fitting points to find the approximate nose point for N-1 contingency and then to determine the system ATC. Simulative results of IEEE 30-bus test system validate its feasibility and correctness. Compared with the results of continuation power flow method,it has smaller error and faster speed.
