基于磁控电抗器的变电站无功电压控制

摘要:
针对当前广泛应用的动态无功补偿装置不适合无人值守变电站的运行环境,根据磁控电抗器平滑调节容量的原理,研制了基于磁控电抗器的动态无功补偿装置。结合现场实际运行情况,设计了以电压为控制目标的最优控制方法,装置快速响应电力系统无功需求,提供电压支撑。进行了基于Matlab/Simulink的仿真研究,仿真结果表明了该装置抑制电压波动的有效性。装置在变电站的运行试验结果表明,该补偿系统能够快速响应系统电压无功需求,很好地改善系统的电压质量。

Abstract:
A dynamic reactive power compensation device based on MCR(Magnetically Controlled Reactor) is developed for unattended substation,whose capacity can be smoothly adjusted. The optimal control with the voltage as its objective is designed to rapidly respond to the reactive power need of power network for voltage support. Simulation based on Matlab/Simulink shows its effectiveness in the suppression of voltage fluctuation and site test in a substation shows its effectiveness in the quick response to the reactive power requirement for improving the voltage quality.
