智能配电网体系探讨

摘要:
在了解国内外最新配电自动化技术的基础上,提出智能配电网SDG(Smart Distribution Grid)的概念及内涵,其利用现代电力电子技术、通信技术及网络技术等与电力设备相结合,将配电网在正常及事故情况下的监测、保护、控制等与供电部门的工作管理有机融合在一起,支持分布式电源接入的互动型网络。构造了智能配电网体系结构并辅以说明分析,将智能配电网结构分为主站层、子站层、终端层3个层次。详细分析了智能配电网的功能,包括故障诊断与恢复功能、仿真模拟功能、地理信息系统(GIS)管理功能以及负荷预测功能。对微网技术、通信技术、传感技术3项关键技术做了详细阐述。

Abstract:
The concept of SDG(Smart Distribution Grid) is discussed based on the study of advanced distribution automation technologies,which is an interactive network,combining the modern power electronic technology, communication technology and network technology with the power equipment,integrating the monitoring, protection and control of SDG under normal and abnormal conditions into the management of power utility and supporting the connection of distributed generation. The architecture of SDG is introduced,including master station,slave station and terminal station. The functions of SDG are analyzed,such as fault diagnosis & power recovery,intelligent simulation modeling,GIS(Geographic Information Systems) management and load forecast. The micro-grid,communication and sensing technologies are discussed.
