智能变电站一体化信息平台的设计

摘要:
智能变电站站控层系统要求模型统一、高度集成。为此设计了面向应用架构的一体化信息平台,把每个应用对应的进程组及其内存库看作一个对象,使系统高度集成,且能灵活地增减应用。平台支持数据关系的表达,能方便地建立符合IEC61850模型的变电站站控层应用。平台采用统一的采集系统,利用全站信息模型文件的模型信息,自动生成采集模型。模型的自动映射能减少系统生成时对点的过程,提高工程效率。为满足变电站二次系统安全防护的要求,变电站站控层系统采用统一平台设计、Ⅰ/Ⅱ区与Ⅲ/Ⅳ区的系统分开独立运行的模式,支持应用对安全隔离装置的透明交互数据。

Abstract:
As?the?station?layer?control?system?of?smart?substation?requires?the?unified?model?and?high-level?integration,an?integrated?information?platform?with?application-oriented?framework?is?designed,which?regards?the?process?group?of?each?application?and?its?memory?database?as?an?object?to?be?flexibly?integrated?or?disassembled?and?supports?the?expression?of?data?relationships?to?easily?establish?the?station?layer?application?based?on?IEC61850?model.?The?unified?collection?system?and?SCD(Substation?Configuration?Description)?model?information?are?used?to?automatically?generate?the?data?collection?model.?Automatic?model?mapping?simplifies?the?point?matching?process?of?system?generation?to?improve?the?engineering?efficiency.?To?meet?the?requirements?of?substation?secondary?system?for?safety?protection,the?station?layer?control?system?adopts?the?unified?platform?design?and?the?separate?operating?mode?for?the?systems?of?Ⅰ/Ⅱ?and?Ⅲ/Ⅳ?areas.?The?transparent?and?interactive?data?exchange?between?application?and?security?isolation?unit?is?supported.
