风电主控系统和变频系统的一种半物理试验方案

摘要:
针对风电主控系统和变频系统在设计和生产的测试验证环节,提出一种安全、可靠、廉价的半物理试验方案,方案中除了主控系统、变频系统及双馈发电机等物理设备,将输入不可控且可能危及试验安全的风速、风轮机和变速箱用可控的仿真系统来代替。方案还解决了转动惯量差异的问题,引入了转矩修正公式,使仿真系统更加逼近。给出了仿真系统的硬件组成和软件流程。该方案的实现便于研发人员的调试,也使得试验参数调整更加灵活。

Abstract:
A safe and economic semi-physical test scheme is proposed for the wind turbine master control system and the inverter system. Some physical devices are used for the master control system,inverter system and doubly-fed machine. A controllable simulation system is used to replace partial physical devices,such as rotor,gearbox etc.,as well as the wind speed. The hardware structure and software process of simulation system are explained. The torque modification formula is introduced to solve the problem of rotary inertia difference,which enhances the simulation system. The realization of the proposed scheme makes the system commissioning more convenient and the test parameter adjustment more flexible.
