提出了一种基于分布式OPC、组件连接件和Web Service技术的电站远程监控系统的体系结构。在该结构中,测控终端可分布在广大的区域内,在每个终端点上,不同种类的现场数据采集或执行模块与工业控制计算机使用模拟或现场总线方式连接,工业控制机作为终端点的智能端。各个智能端主要由数据服务模块、组件连接件和Web Service模块构成。在数据服务模块和Web Service模块的数据交换上,使用基于COM的组件连接件,Web Service模块中的请求处理器和实时数据库等基于COM技术通过连接件组件与后台的各个数据服务模块连接实现数据交换。终端点通过智能端以Ethernet方式与互联网连接。系统运行情况表明,所提出的监控系统具有良好的开放性和可扩展性。 |

Abstract: |
The architecture of remote monitoring and control system based on distributed OPC,components linkage and Web Service is proposed for power plants. Its measuring and control units are distributed in large area and the industrial control computers are used as the intelligent nodes to connect with various data acquisition or execution modules via signal bus or field bus. Each intelligent node is composed of the data service module,components linkage module and Web Service module. The COM-based components linkage is used for the data exchange between the data service module and the Web Service module while the Web Service module is used for the connection of intelligent node with Internet. The system operation shows its good openness and extensibility. |
