基于DSP的高压电气设备绝缘在线监测系统设计

摘要:
为满足电网对高压电气设备绝缘监测的要求,设计了基于数字信号处理(DSP)的分布式绝缘在线监测系统。采用基于控制器局域网(CAN)现场总线的3层分布式系统结构,解决了集中式在线监测系统模拟信号长距离传输带来的问题。设计了以DSP和高精度AD为核心的现场信号采集单元,集信号调理、数据采集、CPU 控制、算法处理、CAN 总线通信于一体。系统采用“零磁通微电流传感器”采集信号,使相位测量误差控制在 ± 0.01° 以内。阐述了系统软、硬件的具体实现方法,软件采用模块化设计,将系统按功能模块化划分。

Abstract:
A distributed online monitoring system for the insulation of high-voltage electric equipment is designed based on DSP(Digital Signal Processing),which adopts three-layer system structure based on CAN(Controller Area Network) bus to avoid the long-distance analog signal transmission of centralized online monitoring system. The local signal acquisition unit is designed based on DSP and high precision AD,which carries out the signal acquisition and processing,as well as the CAN bus communications. The zero-magnetic-flow-and-micro-current sensor is used to control the phase error within ± 0.01 degree. The realization of system software and hardware is detailed. Modularized software design is used to functionally divide the system.
