摘要:
主要阐述了在基于IEC61850标准的数字化变电站工程中GOOSE技术的工程化应用情况。从理论和实践2个方面,总结分析GOOSE通信实时性能;提出了GOOSE软压板机制和GOOSE双网冗余机制,有效提高了GOOSE机制工程应用的可靠性;同时提出GOOSE虚端子设计方法,使GOOSE逻辑连接实现显性设计和规范应用。所提机制和方法已经通过工程检验。

Abstract:
Engineering application of GOOSE technology in IEC61850-based substation is discussed. The real-time performance of GOOSE communication is analyzed theoretically and practically. The GOOSE soft strap mechanism and GOOSE dual network redundancy mechanism are proposed to effectively improve application reliability and the GOOSE virtual terminal design is applied to realize the manifest design and normalized application of GOOSE logical connection,which are verified by project engineering.
