智能一次设备是一次设备智能化的实现以及智能变电站的典型部件与结构基础。设计了由电气部分和信息部分组成的智能一次设备框架结构,论述了该方案信息采集、分析处理、动作操作和信息发布的工作原理。将智能单元的接入平台——智能组件的模块结构设计为输入、分析处理和输出3 个部分,通过2级总线进行隔离和通信,从而实现智能单元的即插即用。介绍了几种常见智能单元(状态监测单元、智能操作单元、继电保护单元、测量计量单元、设备记录单元)的功能和原理。给出了智能开关和智能变压器的配置方案,同时还以双母分段主接线为例给出了智能一次设备在变电站内的配置方案。 |

Abstract: |
The framework of IPE(Intelligent Primary Equipment) is designed,which consists of the electrical section and the information section,and the working principle of its information collection,analysis & processing,motor operation and information dissemination is discussed. The modularized structure of intelligent combination,the access platform of IPE for intelligent units,is designed as three parts: input,processing and output,separated by two communication buses to realize plug & play. The function and principle of some intelligent units are introduced:status monitoring unit,operation unit,relay unit,measurement unit and record unit. The configuration scheme of intelligent switch and intelligent transformer is given,and the configuration scheme of intelligent primary equipment for substation with dual-bus and dual-subsection wiring is proposed. |
