超临界600 MW机组厂用电接线优化方案

摘要:
详细阐述了厂用电系统的改造方案,当一台机组运行、另一台机组检修时,通过快切装置倒换厂用电,由运行机组的高厂变串带工作段及检修机组的厂用段负荷,启备变空载运行,仅为厂用母线提供事故备用电源。即高厂变容量在保证一台机组安全运行条件下,经新加联络电缆满足另一台机组检修负荷的要求。这样在单台机组运行期间,工作段及检修机组的厂用段负荷的外购电量全免,显著降低了厂用电运行费用,经济效益明显。

Abstract:
The retrofitting scheme for the auxiliary power system of power plant is introduced. When one unit is in operation and the other in maintenance,the auxiliary power is changed over through the quick switching device. The HV auxiliary transformer of operating unit supplies the power in series for its own working sections and the auxiliary sections of the unit in maintenance. The start-up standby transformer operates only as the emergency power for auxiliary bus. When the capacity of HV auxiliary transformer is big enough to ensure the safe operation of one unit,the scheme is implemented by easily adding a tie bus,which avoids the electricity purchase from grid.
