基于振动信号的变压器分接开关触头故障诊断

摘要:
针对分接开关切换触头闭合时的振动信号,应用小波包总能量和小波包特征熵的方法,分析切换开关切换过程触头闭合期间振动信号的小波包总能量值以及特征熵值,发现了明显的故障特征信号。在理论分析的基础上,对江苏省电力公司最有代表性的分接开关进行试验,验证了该诊断方法的可行性。若配合FFT频谱分析,可进一步判断触头故障类型。

Abstract:
The vibration signal of OLTC(On-Load Tap Changer) during contact closing is analyzed to get its wavelet packet energy and entropy,according to which,the fault characteristic signal can be easily found. Based on the theoretical analysis,the OLTC widely used in Jiangsu is tested and the results validate the feasibility of the proposed diagnosis method. The type of contact fault can be further identified by FFT spectrum analysis.
