基于属性测度区间理论的变电站优质工程评价体系

摘要:
以系统可靠性理论为基础,构建了变电站优质工程指标体系,并对该体系进行了可靠性识别。利用G1权重法和属性测度区间理论,构建了适用于涉及多项影响因素、需对定性描述度量化的评价系统的评价模型。对 4座变电站工程的实际评价表明,有2座变电站达到了参与评选优质工程的等级要求。

Abstract:
The index system of high-quality substation project evaluation is constructed based on system reliability theory and its reliability identification is carried out. An evaluation model is constructed based on G1 weight determination and attribute measurement interval recognition,which is suitable for the evaluation system with multiple influencing factors and quantified qualitative descriptions. The evaluation of four substation projects show that,only two substations meet the level requirements to participate in the high-quality project competition.
