基于串补电压最小的双电源配电环网潮流优化控制方法

摘要:
针对双电源配电环网两端出力不均问题,初步提出采用统一潮流控制器进行出力调节的方法。分析了双电源配电环网潮流控制规律,推导出以负荷节点电压偏移以及合环馈线功率输出极限为约束条件、串联补偿电压最小为目标的潮流优化控制策略。仿真结果表明,在满足约束条件的前提下,采用该策略能够在一定程度上按预期目标均衡两侧有功出力。

Abstract:
Aiming at the power output unbalance of interlinked distribution system with dual sources,the UPFC(United Power Flow Controller) is applied to adjust the power flow. The power flow control law of interlinked distribution system with dual sources is analyzed and the optimal power flow control is derived,which takes the voltage deviation limitation of load node and the power flow limitation of tie feeder as the constraints and the minimal series compensating voltage as the objective. Simulative results show that,under the control of the proposed strategy,the power outputs of two sources are balanced by a certain degree while satisfying the constraints.
