基于RAMSES的特高压电网可靠性充裕度评估

摘要:
以浙江电网2015年规划方案为例,分别进行了特高压接入前后的充裕度评估。介绍了可靠性评估软件RAMSES。运用该软件分析了3种典型 1 000 kV变电站电气主接线的可靠性指标(年停电频率、停电时间、可用率等),发现双断路器接线方案可靠性最高。通过计算各主要负荷点的电力不足时间期望和频率发现电网的可靠性薄弱环节,增加该地区的机组事故备用容量。通过建设特高压电网,浙江省网电力不足概率由原来的0.000 2降低到了0.000 04,提高了可靠性水平。

Abstract:
The reliability adequacies before and after the connection of UHV networks into grid are evaluated based on the planning data of Zhejiang UHV Power Grid in 2015. RAMSES,the software kits for reliability adequacy evaluation,is introduced and applied to analyze the reliability indexes for three typical main connection schemes of 1 000 kV substation,such as annual outage times,outage duration,availability,etc. It shows that the dual-breaker configuration scheme is most reliable. The LOLE and LOLF of key load points are calculated to find the reliability inadequate regions,where the emergency reserve capacity should be increased. The LOLP of Zhejiang Power Grid is reduced from 0.000 2 to 0.000 04 after the connection of UHV networks into it.
