变速风力发电系统的三相单管非连续型Boost 功率因数整流器优化设计

摘要:
在对三相单管非连续型Boost功率因数整流器进行矢量分析的基础上,结合变速风力发电系统的功率输出特点,对该整流器提出了一种功率电路的优化设计方法。该方法通过在额定功率点选择合理的交-直流电压变比,设计交流侧储能升压电抗器参数,完全能够保证整流器在风力机转速范围内工作在非连续的模式,并获得电能质量和元器件应力的最佳折中。将设计结果进行归一化处理,可以方便地应用于各个功率等级。该方法已经应用于50 kW半直驱式风力机整流装置的研制,实验结果验证了其正确性。

Abstract:
Based on the vector analysis and combined with the output power features of variable-speed wind power system,an optimized design of power circuit is proposed for the three-phase single-switch DCM Boost power factor corrector. It selects the proper AC-DC voltage ratio at rated power point and designs the parameters of boosting reactor at AC side to ensure the corrector operating in DCM with the best compromise between power quality and device stress in the whole speed range. After generalization,it can be applied to all power levels. The design has been adopted in the development of 50 kW semi-direct-drive wind turbine and the experimental results verify its correctness.
