双馈风电机组低电压穿越主控系统控制策略

摘要:
分析了1.5 MW 82 m风轮机型双馈风电机组的桨距角控制原理。应用GH BLADE软件,建立了机组模型,计算了桨距角由0°~20°、叶尖速比为3~14.7的力矩系数。给出低电压穿越状态的传动链受力及叶片可能调整的最大角度。 提出不同风况下进入低电压穿越时,基于EFC方式和桨距角给定方式的控制策略和有功功率恢复策略。仿真计算说明通过调整叶片的桨距角减小气动力矩输入,可以实现低电压穿越过程机组转速的平稳过渡,通过回调叶片桨距角与快速给定有功功率的同步操作,减小低电压穿越结束时的功率振荡。110 kW小功率试验台试验及1.5 MW双馈机组现场试验说明控制策略能够满足不同风况下, 双馈机组低电压穿越过程转速及功率恢复的控制。

Abstract:
The pitch control of 1.5 MW 82 m doubly-fed wind turbine is analyzed and the torque factors are calculated based on GH BLADE software for 0°~20° pitch angle and 3~14.7 tip speed ratio. The drive chain load and maximum adjustable blade angle during LVRT(Low Voltage Ride Through) are analyzed. The pitch control strategy and the active power recovery strategy based on EFC and normal pitch angle command when wind turbine enters into LVRT are proposed for different wind speeds. The simulative calculation indicates that,the aerodynamic torque can be reduced by adjusting the pitch angle for realizing the smooth transition of wind turbine velocity during LVRT and the coordinative operations of pitch angle callback and fast active power setting can reduce the power oscillation at the end of LVRT. The lab test on 110 kW test-bed and the site test of 1.5 MW doubly-fed wind turbine unit show that,the proposed control strategy realizes the control of velocity and power recovery during LVRT under different wind conditions.
