分析汽轮发电机转子匝间短路故障后其振动与励磁电流的关系,从理论上证明了发电机转子发生匝间短路故障后,转子的异常振动与励磁电流之间必然存在正相关的关系。依据此特征,可在不干扰发电机正常运行的情况下,仅通过分析发电厂分布式控制系统(DCS)中现有的转子振动与励磁电流的关系曲线,就可对发电机转子进行匝间短路故障的在线诊断。该诊断方法简化了转子匝间短路故障的分析与诊断,并使得用户可自行判断转子是否存在匝间短路故障。 |

Abstract: |
The relationship between the vibration and the field current of rotor with ISC(Interturn Short Circuit) is analyzed for turbine generator and its positive correlation is proved theoretically,based on which,the online diagnosis of rotor ISC fault,without any interference with the normal operation of generator,can be conducted by merely analyzing the correlation curve of rotor vibration and field current. The curve exists in the distributed control system of power plant. The proposed online diagnosis scheme for rotor ISC fault is simple and independent. |
