考虑电动汽车及换电站的微网随机调度研究

摘要:
考虑多种不确定因素的随机性,在预测值与概率分布统计规律的基础上,应用区间系数规划(ICP)与机会约束规划(CCP)建立了考虑电动汽车与可再生能源的含换电站的微网随机调度模型,进一步将其转化为确定性混合整数线性规划(MILP)模型,并利用CPLEX软件求解。算例分析结果表明,根据所提模型得到的开停机方案可以在可再生能源功率、电动汽车充放电功率等实测值偏离预测值时,满足系统功率平衡要求,并以接近于1的概率满足备用需求,比传统确定性模型得到的方案更经济。

Microgrid stochastic dispatch considering electric vehicles and battery swap stations

Abstract:
Considering the randomicity of several uncertain factors,a stochastic dispatch model combining ICP(Interval Coefficients Programming) and CCP(Chance Constrained Programming) is proposed based on the power forecasts and the probability distribution of prediction error,which is then transformed to the deterministic MILP(Mixed Integer Linear Programming) model and solved by CPLEX. Case study shows that,the unit start/stop scheme obtained by the proposed model satisfies the requirement of system for power balance when the measurements of renewable energy power and electric vehicle charging/discharging power deviate from the predicts,and meets the reserve demand with a probability close to 1,which is more economical than the scheme obtained by the traditional deterministic method.
