圆网格式保护区域交叠全覆盖分区新方法

摘要:
提出一种圆网格式保护区域交叠全覆盖分区新方法。基于度数优先的幂率统计特性分析,首先论述了区域集中式广域继电保护系统的中心站选取原则、区域交叠原则和最大覆盖原则。然后根据上述原则,初步确定保护区域中心站,再以各中心站为起点,以3个逻辑长度为半径进行圆网格式搜索待选中心站集合,最终形成圆网格式交叠全覆盖广域保护区域。对IEEE 39节点测试系统和北美某68节点实际电网的算例分析表明,该方法保护区域划分明确,且满足区域全覆盖及交叠原则;中心站设置合理,且无需人为优化;区域搜索流程简单,可操作性强,适用于电力系统的工程实际。

Partition of protection zone with circular overlapping coverage for wide-area protection system

Abstract:
A partition method of protection zone with circular overlapping coverage is proposed for wide-area protection system. The principle of main station selection and the principle of overlapping and widest coverage for centralized regional protection system are discussed based on the statistical characteristic analysis of power law with degree priority for network topology. The candidate main station is selected according to the principles and its aggregate is set by the circular searching from it as the center and with three logical lengths as its radius. The circular overlapping coverage protection zone is thus formed. Case study of IEEE 39-bus test system and a 68-bus power system in North America show that,the partitioned protection zones are clearly defined,the principle of whole-area overlapping coverage is satisfied,the main stations are properly allocated and the manual optimization is avoided. The search process is simple, feasible and suitable for power system engineering.
