智能变电站中基于CAD的图形化模型设计软件开发方案

摘要:
提出由设计院完成智能变电站模型和站内数据流的设计,做到站内数据源统一且唯一。为实现该设计方式,同时简化设计人员工作,制定了图形化模型设计软件的开发方案。方案采用AutoCAD的ActiveX Automation技术进行二次开发,软件分为图形编辑模块和模型编辑模块,将IEC61850模型文件与CAD图形相关联,在CAD的图块中增加建模所需的扩展属性,通过XML数据库在模型文本和图形文件间交换模型信息,以提高访问和搜索模型的速度。使用绘图加定义属性值的方式最终完成图纸和模型的双重设计。

Abstract:
It is suggested that the design of smart substation model and internal data flow should be taken by the design institute to ensure the unity and uniqueness of substation data sources and a software development scheme of graphical model design is proposed to simplify the engineering of designer. The ActiveX Automation technique of AutoCAD is adopted in the secondary development. The graphics editor and model editor module of its software modules associate the IEC61850 model documents with the CAD graphics. Extended attributes are added in CAD blocks for modeling and the model information exchange between the model text and the graphics file is via the XML database to enhance the speed of model access and search. The final model design and drawings are completed by engineering plus attribute value setting.
