针对智能变电站一次设备智能化的建设方案,提出了一种变电站一次设备智能化改造状况的评估方法。在广泛调研华东、华中地区不同电压等级变电站的一次设备智能改造情况后,建立了多目标优化评估模型,引入逼近理想点(TOPSIS)评估方法,并将该方法运用到实际算例中,对各区域变电站的一次设备智能化改造状况进行综合评估。为验证该方法的准确性,将该方法评估结果与传统的层次分析法进行对比,结果说明所提一次设备智能化评估方法具有计算量小、主观因素少、区分度高、可扩展性强的优点。 |

A method to evaluate the intellectualization retrofitting level of substation primary equipment is presented according to the intellectualization scheme of substation primary equipment. After the wide investigation of intellectualization retrofitting conditions in East China and Central China,a multi-objective optimization evaluation model is established and the TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method is introduced,which,as a practical example,is applied to comprehensively evaluate the intellectualization retrofitting level of primary equipment for different regional substations. Comparison of evaluation results between the traditional analytic hierarchy process and the proposed method validates the accuracy of the proposed method and illustrates its lower computation load,less subjective factors,higher distinction degree and better extensibility. |
