DTTP-2000数字式电铁牵引变压器保护装置的研制

摘要:
研制了一种新型数字式电铁牵引变压器保护装置。装置采用2次谐波原理与波形比较原理相配合的方式闭锁差动保护,防止励磁涌流时保护误动;引入增量差动保护解决比率差动保护在变压器轻微的匝间故障、高阻接地故障时灵敏度低的问题;设置电流互感器饱和判据与和应涌流判据,防止电流互感器饱和、和应涌流引起装置误动;分别采用新一代基于DSP技术的32位通用硬件平台和RTOS系统NUCLEUS PLUS搭建装置的硬件平台和软件平台,并通过动模和数模试验对装置的保护功能进行了验证,试验结果表明该保护装置对目前牵引变电所变压器保护存在的电流互感器饱和、小匝间短路、和应涌流等问题具有良好的处理性能。

Abstract:
A kind of digital traction transformer protection is developed,which combines the second harmonic principle with the waveform comparison principle to block the differential protection,preventing its misoperation caused by magnetizing inrush. The increment differential protection is introduced to offset the low sensitivity of percentage differential protection during slight inter-turn fault and high impedance grounding fault. Criterions are set to prevent the misoperation caused by current transformer saturation and sympathetic inrush. The hardware and software platforms are built based on the new-generation 32-bit DSP and the RTOS system NUCLEUS PLUS respectively. The protective functions are tested by dynamic simulation and numerical simulation,verifying that the developed protection device has excellent performance against current transformer saturation,slight inter-turn fault and sympathetic inrush.
