摘要: |
利用光耦对旋转编码器输出的2路正交编码脉冲A、B进行光电隔离,然后将脉冲信号送入施密特触发器74HC14进行脉冲整形。通过边沿检测D触发器、二-四译码器和逻辑门电路构成数字逻辑电路,判断机构的正反转。当旋转编码器正向旋转时,信号A、B分别转换为方波信号和恒为低电平的信号,正旋计数输出端输出高电平;反向旋转时,信号A、B分别转换为恒为低电平的信号和方波信号,反旋计数输出端输出高电平。在波形出现抖动时不进行计数,实现抗抖动。 |

Abstract: |
The rotary encoder outputs 2-channel quadrature encoder pulse A and B,which are photoelectrically isolated by the optocouplers and sent to the Schmitt trigger 74HC14 for shaping. The rotation direction of operating mechanism is identified by the digital logic circuit,consisting of the edge detection D flip-flop,two-four decoder and logic gate circuit. When the rotation direction is forward,pulse A and B are converted to a square wave signal and a constant low level signal respectively,and the forward-direction counter becomes high level. When the rotation direction is backward,pulse A and B are converted to a constant low level signal and a square wave signal respectively,and the backward-direction counter becomes high level. The counters do not count during wave jittering for anti-jitter. |
