低压微网接地技术

摘要:
以保证人身安全及设备稳定运行为目标,对低压微网的接地方式进行深入研究和探讨。针对低压微网的系统接地,分析分布式电源的中性线接入的必要性;考虑杂散电流的危害,提出低压微网中同一建筑内的电源中性点接地唯一性的要求;根据低压微网的不同运行方式,制定确保系统内中性点可靠接地的原则。针对低压微网的保护接地,分析传统低压配电网的TN和TT接地方式中保护接地在低压微网中的适用性;针对低压微网中分布式电源和用电设备的特点,提出混合接地方式并对其辅助设备配置方案进行研究。

Earthing schemes in low-voltage microgrid

Abstract:
With the personal safety and reliable operation as the targets,the earthing schemes of low-voltage mircrogrid are studied. As to the system earthing of low-voltage mircrogrid,the necessity of including the neutral line of DG is analyzed;it is suggested to set the unique earthing spot for the neutral points of all power supplies in one building to avoid the harm of stray current;the rules for reliable earthing of neutral points in a system should be established according to different operating modes. As to the protection earthing,the applicability of TN and TT earthing modes used in traditional low-voltage distribution network to low-voltage microgrid is analyzed;with the consideration of distributed power generators and appliances in low-voltage mircrogrid,a mixed earthing scheme is proposed and the configuration scheme of its auxiliary equipment is researched.
