基于IEC61850的GIS智能监测信息建模及信息交互系统设计

摘要:
根据气体绝缘组合电器(GIS)状态监测的实际功能需求,提出了符合IEC61850通信标准的GIS智能监测状态信息流建模方法,建立了GIS状态监测IED的模型,并给出了GIS智能监测系统架构和通信体系。分析了基于MMS的服务器/客户端通信模式,重点提出了基于MMS报文、日志和文件的信息共享和交互策略。开发了服务器和客户端通信程序,并给出了主要功能函数的流程图以及客户端和服务器的流程图。

Abstract:
A modeling method based on IEC61850 communication standards is proposed to meet the actual functional requirements of GIS conditional monitoring and the IED(Intelligent Electronic Device) models for GIS conditional monitoring are built. The architecture of GIS conditional monitoring system and its communication system are given. The MMS-based server/client communication mode is analyzed,which focuses on the information sharing based on MMS message,logs and files and the interaction strategies. The server-client communication programs are developed and the flowcharts of essential functions,client program and server program are presented.
